Fun idea for party bags!

It was while trying to come up with an idea for my daughter’s party bags recently (for her 5th birthday) that I noticed her painting these pretty flowers outside on some paper. She was using her thumb to print the petals, which I thought looked fabulous!

I already had some large, white, round labels and asked Addi what she thought about my idea… of course, she loved it! So she set about painting twenty individual flowers on the labels. We then went and bought paper bags in all sorts of bright colours and Addi enjoyed sticking the labels on to the bags and writing her guests’ names underneath.

We loved the end result! Such a simple, but effective idea, not to mention a fabulous way for your kids to add a personal touch to their party!
